About Me

Hi, I'm Haleigh Haaland I am 16 years old.

I live in a Barn in Reynolds, North Dakota. It took some time but my family converted it into a nice house. No animals but dogs & fish in this barn. Though my Pa would say we have some pigs.

I love living in a barn it is soo cooool!!!

I am a middle child. I have an older sister (who is the best), & a younger brother (who pretty cool).

My hobbies include: Reading, Baking, Crafting, & Hanging out with my family, emailing my friends.

I love to bake. It is soo cool when you make something & you watch someone eat it & the enjoyment is on their face. I love giving a gift of good tasting food to people.
My favorite color is purple. Can you tell?

My favorite food is stir-fry. I could eat it all the time. Unfortunately my family cannot, so we can only have it so often.
I have many favorite books but among them are: Pride & prejudice, & most of the Louie L'more books...... I love to read!!! It might be a problem that I read so much but there are soo many good books out there.

My personality is: outgoing but reserved. I have heard that some call me shy but in my heart I am very outgoing.
I am a Christian & I believe that God has called me to be a missionary. I went on my first mission trip this summer & it was awesome!!! There were some bad times on the trip but I would do it over in a heartbeat. I encouraged anyone if they have a change to go on a mission trip, to DO IT !!! It is amazing and it will change your life. (In a good way)

God Bless!!!!!

P.S. I love making new friends so add me if you want to.

happy new year and everything! life in Sudan is definitely a lot different than any other country. first of all its hot and dusty and sandstorms. there isn't a lot to do, like there's no cinema, so we have to be a bit creative sometimes in what to do. The culture here is based on relationships and most people are really friendly, like they'll invite you for tea, even if you dont know them, and its very hard to say no to them. :) But i love life here and that I've gotten the chance to be in a different culture, I would have been so close minded otherwise... what online school are you at? I'm with Morning Star.
