Missions Community Contact us to suggest a new community Groups in Missions  The Micah Experience™ is a NEW Catholic mission experience created by Group Workcamps Foundation  The path to significance is not to be the “getter” but to be the “giver”. It’s not to be served, but it’s to serve.  Cook International, founded by the family of David C. Cook in 1943, exists to spread the life-changing Word of God all over the world, utilizing literature products initially developed and distributed to the Western Church by David C. Cook.  The International Mission Board (formerly Foreign Mission Board) is an entity of the Southern Baptist Convention, the nation's largest evangelical denomination, claiming more than 40,000 churches with nearly 16 million members.  The LHM Mission: Bringing Christ to the Nations—and the Nations to the Church.  Working in every continent and on every ocean (via two ocean-going ships), Operation Mobilisation seeks to demonstrate and proclaim the love of God. In every situation OM teams adapt to the local culture and situation, finding the best ways to share Jesus.  Helping to fulfill the Great Commission in the power of the Holy Spirit by winning people to faith in Jesus Christ, building them in their faith and sending them to win and build others; and helping the Body of Christ do evangelism and discipleship  InterVarsity Christian Fellowship/USA® is an evangelical campus mission serving more than 35,000 students and faculty on more than 560 college and university campuses nationwide. Incorporated in 1941, InterVarsity has a rich tradition of campus witness, thoughtful discipleship, and a concern for world missions.  A team of 42 people will travel to West Virginia to build a home in a week. This group is for teens who want to help Jesus any way they can, and what better way to help him than to spread his story around the world. Anyone can join this group wether you have read the Bible all your life or just want to learn more about Jesus this is the group to join. So have fun!  Are you on fire for the Lord!! This is a great place to meet new Christians and a place to were you can talk about anything you wan. Be Bold and stand up for what you believe. Spread the good news!!  A Spiritual place where all over the world may come to share experiences, events, ideas. This is a group for people that are struggling in their faith or need a word of encouragement. It is a great opportunity to seek help and encourage others.  Its is a program that Trains people to become missionaries and allows for people to grow closer to God!! |
