If you practice parkour you are called a traceur. this sport was founded in the 80's in a city in France called Lisses. The purpose of parkour is to get from a point A to point B in the quickest way possible using only the human body. if you would like to learn more about this sport I would recommend that you go to www.americanparkour.com. there they have tutorial videos, information on how to get started, and training methods.
