Innocence
Have we lost all sense of innocence and the beauty it beholds?
Are we standing in the center of a crisis that is untold?
Is this how we want our future to unfold?
Can we hold on to what is falling apart?
Can we find what is lost, in the young heart?
Innocence
The beauty in young eyes.
The smile of young hearts.
The small hands holding tight to what they love.
A young heart that knows no violence, no evil, and no hate.
The simple mind of a young child,
That trusts, loves, and forgives,
Unconditionally.
