Dear Lord
So far this year I've done well. I haven't gossiped. I haven't lost my temper, I haven't been greedy, grumpy, nasty, selfish, or overindulgent. I'm very thankful for that. But in a few minutes, Lord, I'm going to get out of bed, and from then on i'm probably need a lot mopre help.

Three friends from a local congregation were asked, "When you're in your casket, and friends and congregation members are mourning over you, what would you like them to say"?
Artie said. "I would like them to say I was a wonderful husband, a fine spirittual leader, and a great family man."
Merle commented, "I would like them to say I was a wonderful teacher and servant of God, who made a huge difference in peoples lives."
Don said, "I'd like them to say, 'Look! He's moving!' "
