Description:
In 2004 Ayiesha Woods won "Producer of The Year" at The Caribbean Gospel Music Awards (better known as The Marlin Awards) She was originally discovered in Jamaica by Gotee Records executive Toby McKeehan (tobyMac) when he stopped by Love 101, the local Christian station, for an interview. For years, Woods had felt a deep calling to serve God with her musical talent, to reach people with her songs “to bring her own brand of diversity, quality and purpose into music”. Her first album with McKeehan was Introducing Ayiesha Woods was released in 2006.
